摘要
通过描述BHS型多绳摩擦提升机首绳快速更换装置的现场应用,介绍了该装置的功能、组成、特点及带来的经济效益。该装置可将多绳摩擦提升机的首绳同时更换,且极大地提高了换绳效率,减轻了工人劳动强度,简化了作业工艺流程,解决了引绳、送绳、防缠绕以及张力不平衡等问题,值得大力推广。
This paper describes the rapid rope replacement device of BHS-type multi-rope friction hoist, describes the functions, com- position, characteristics and economic benefits of the device. The device can greatly improve the rope replacement efficiency, reduce labor intensity, simplify operations process, it is worth promoting.
