摘要
在提取产品STEP文件中零部件的装配层次信息并对装配模型进行简化的基础上,利用模糊数学的方法对零部件的基础件因子、装配因子等进行适当量化,建立零件装配信息数据库,然后分层、分子装配体对零部件进行装配关系识别及其强弱判断,形成产品的装配序列。该方法采用人机交互把装配专业知识与自动规划有机结合,生成机械类产品有效的装配序列,提高了装配序列的生成质量。
On the basis of extracting assembly level information of STEP file and simplifying assembly model, the basic factor and as- sembly factor for parts are quantified with fuzzy mathematics, the data base of assembly relationship is created. Then, the assembly relationship of parts is distinguished in the sub assembly layers, assembling sequence is established at last. The way combining as- sembly of knowledge with automatic programming is effective for assembling sequence planning of products.
