残损航空器搬移拖车底盘结构可靠性研究 被引量:1

摘要 对残损航空器搬移拖车底盘进行研究时,通常要考虑航空器对搬移拖车底盘所施加的力以及悬架的缓冲作用,对其进行准确分析对于搬移拖车的可靠性研究起到重要作用。对拖车底盘进行有限元分析的传统方法是对其施加刚性约束,该方法忽略悬架的缓冲作用,使仿真结果失真。针对以上问题,用有限元软件建立了搬移拖车底盘有限元模型,对航空器在空载和未经过放油处理时对搬移拖车底盘所施加的力进行计算,采用平衡杆系法搬移拖车底盘进行约束,研究了这两种工况下的应力和变形,得出的结果满足许用应力的要求。通过对比对底盘施加刚性约束与平衡杆系法所得到的结果,得出平衡杆系法更符合实际情况的结论。该研究为搬移拖车底盘的可靠性研究提供了参考依据和借鉴。 To study the chassis structure of damaged aircraft handling trailer, consideration is often made to the force applied to the handling trailer by the aircraft and to buffering action of the suspension, so accurate analysis for them will play an important role in reliable study on the handling trailer. The traditional method of finite element analysis for the trail- er chassis is to apply the rigid constraint to it, without considering the buffering action of the suspension, resulting distortion of the simulation result. In view of the above problem, the finite element software is adopted for developing the finite ele- ment model of the handling trailer's chassis, in order to calculate the force applied to the chassis by the aircraft at no-load and without oil drainage process. The balance bar system method is used to restrain the trailer chassis to study the stress and deformation under both working conditions, with the result meeting the requirement on allowable stress. Trough com- parison of the resuhs of rigid constraint applied to the chassis and the balance bar system, it's found that the balance bar system method is more suita/51e to the actual situation. The study provides reference and guidance for reliability research on the handling trailer's chassis.
