摘要
目的研究分析缬沙坦对原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的85例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,对患者的坐位收缩压(Se SBP)及坐位舒张压(Se DBP)进行测量,采用盲法对两组患者进行平行对照观察,给予患者2周安慰剂和1周的药物洗脱治疗。随机分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(45例),分别服用10 mg/d赖诺普利和80 mg/d缬沙坦进行治疗,完成4周的治疗后,对Se DBP在11.97 k Pa以上的患者继续治疗,将原来的剂量分别提升到20 mg/d及160 mg/d,进行为期4周的治疗。结果治疗8周后,对照组Se SBP平均下降(2.39±1.33)k Pa,Se DBP平均下降(1.86±0.67)k Pa,治疗总有效率为72.5%。治疗组Se SBP平均下降(2.13±1.60)k Pa,Se DBP平均下降(1.73±0.67)k Pa,治疗总有效率为68.89%,两组数据无明显差异(P>0.05)。对照组和治疗组咳嗽发生率分别为17.5%和0,且治疗组24 h血压动态监测表明SBP和DBP降低T/P值为67.0%与50.2%。结论缬沙坦对原发性高血压有很好的临床疗效,患者耐受性良好,可以推广使用。
OBJECTIVE To study the clinical efficacy of valsartan on hypertension. METHODS in our hospital a total of 85 cases of hy- pertensive patients for the study, the patient＇s sitting systolic blood pressure（SeSBP） and sitting diastolic blood pressure （SeDBP） was measured in both groups of patients blinded controlled study was conducted in parallel, give patients 2 weeks for Placebo and 1 week for drug-eluting treatment. After randomly divided into control group （40 cases） and treatment group （45 cases） were administered lOmg/d and lisinopril 80mg/d valsartan treatment, completed four weeks of treatment, patients over SeDBP in 11.97kPa continue treat- ment, the doses were raised to the original 20mg/d and 160mg/d, for a period of four weeks of treatment. RESULTS After 8 weeks of treatment, the control group SeSBP average decrease （2.39±1.33） kPa, SeDBP average decrease （1.86±0.67） kPa, the total effective rate was 72.5%. Treatment group SeSBP average decrease （2.13±1.60） kPa, SeDBP average decrease （1.73±0.67） kPa, the total effec- tive rate was 68.89%, there was no significant difference between the two data sets （P〉0.05）. The control group and the treatment group the incidence of cough was 17.5% and 0, and dynamic monitoring of blood pressure treatment group showed 24h SBP, DBP low- er T/P value of 67% and 50.2%, there was a statistically significant （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION valsartan on hypertension have a good clinical efficacy, patient well tolerated, which could be widely used.
