摘要
目的探讨糖尿病护理中健康教育的应用方法和应用效果,提高糖尿病患者及其家属对糖尿病的认识和掌握基本的自我管理方法,控制病情。方法从我院2013年10月—2014年10月期间收治的糖尿病患者中选取70例作为研究对象,分别采用常规护理和有针对性的健康教育,最后对患者掌握糖尿病的知识情况和生活质量进行对比。结果经过健康教育的糖尿病患者在糖尿病知识的掌握上有明显的提高,并能够积极配合治疗,生活质量也有明显的提高。结论针对糖尿病患者进行有针对性的健康教育对于提高患者对糖尿病疾病的认识、使患者掌握基本的自我健康护理知识具有重要的作用,对于有效地降低糖尿病并发症和稳定病情也是十分有意义的。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of diabetes care methods and applications in health education, improve diabetes pa- tients and their families to understand and master the basic of diabetes self-management methods to control the disease. METHODS From diabetes in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 70 cases for the study were used to routine care and targeted health education, and finally the patient to grasp the situation and quality of life of diabetes knowledge were compared. RESULTS diabetes health education on diabetes control had significantly improved the knowledge and the ability to actively cooperate with the treat- ment, quality of life had significantly improved. CONCLUSION For patients with diabetes were targeted health education to raise awareness of diabetes in patients with the disease, so patients to master basic self health care had an important role in the effective reduction of diabetic complications and stable disease was very intentional.
