摘要
研究了低温冷却切削加工的工作原理,介绍了低温切削装置的组成及特点,并对其类型及应用过程做了较详细的分析说明。最后,通过2个实例介绍了其应用情况,结果表明,低温冷却切削难加工材料均取得了良好效果,有一定参考价值,是一种值得推广的切削方式。
The paper studied the working principle of low temperature cooling lathe machining, introduced the composition and characteristics of low temperature cutting device, and made detailed analysis for the type and application of process. Finally, two examples introduced its application situation. The results showed that the low temperature cooling cutting of difficult to machine materials had achieved good effects, and had a certain reference value, it was worthy popularizing.
