摘要
目的：分析尿道结石患者的手术治疗方法及临床效果。方法搜集2013年8月～2014年8月我院尿道结石38例，根据手术方式不同分成研究组与对照组。研究组共19例，接受输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术；对照组共19例，接受常规手术。观察对比两组疗效。结果与对照组相比，研究组碎石成功率较高，术中出血量较少，并发症的发生率较低，复发率较低（P＜0.05），差异显著。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗尿道结石效果显著。
Objective To analyze surgery treatment method and its clinical effect in treatment of patients with urinary stones.Methods Choose 38 patients with urinary stones that are treated in hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into study group and control group according to different surgery treatment methods; 19 patients in study group are given pneumatic lithotripsy of ureteroscope surgery treatment, while 19 patients in control group are given conventional surgery treatment and then compare treatment effects between two groups.Results Compared to patients in control group, patients’ lithotripsy success rate is much higher in study group. Besides, patients’ bleeding loss are less and complication incidence as well as illness reoccurrence rate are lower in study group （P〈0.05）; there is a treatment differential between two groups. Conclusion Pneumatic lithotripsy of ureteroscope surgery is effective in treatment of patients with urinary stones, thus, such a treatment method is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied.
