摘要
目的：探讨B-Lynch缝合技术治疗剖宫产术中大出血中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年7月～2013年7月在我院接受剖宫产术大出血患者80例，将患者根据止血方法分为两组，各40例，两组均采用子宫体及静脉注射缩宫素或者舌下含服及肛塞米索前列醇等药物。在此基础上，观察组采用B-Lynch缝合技术治疗，对照组采用宫腔填塞法治疗，比较两组的出血量、止血时间以及成功率。结果观察组出血量、止血时间均低于对照组（P＜0.05），且成功率高于对照组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论临床治疗剖宫产术中大出血时，采用B-Lynch缝合技术可以获得较好的效果，成功率高，止血效果好。
Objective To probe into clinical effects of B-Lynch suture technique in treating massive haemorrhage in caesarean sections.Methods 80 patients of massive haemorrhage in caesarean sections from July 2012 to July 2013 were analyzed and they were divided into two groups according to hemostasis methods, with 40 patients in each group. In observation group, they were conducted B-Lynch suture technique while in control group, they were conducted intrauterine tamping. The blood volume, hemostasis time and satisfaction rate of two groups were compared. ResultsThe blood volume, and hemostasis time in observation group were evidently lower than control group （P〈0.05）, and satisfaction rate was evidently higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Differences had statistical signiifcance.Conclusion The effect of B-Lynch suture technique in treating massive haemorrhage in caesarean sections is good, which has high success rate and good hemostasis effect. Thus, it deserves promoting.
