摘要 目的:观察经皮微创接骨板技术治疗肱骨干骨折临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年10月~2014年10月本院86例肱骨干骨折患者临床资料,按照数字表法分成两组,对照组采取传统切开复位治疗,研究组采取经皮微创接骨板技术治疗,比较两组疗效。结果研究组优良93.02%优于对照组75.42%,研究组术中出血量和愈合时间优于对照组,比较差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮微创接骨板技术治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效显著,安全性高。 Objective Minimally invasive percutaneous plate observed treatment of humeral shaft fracture clinical efficacy. Methods A retrospective analysis of October 2013 -2014 October hospital clinical data of 86 cases of humeral shaft fracture patients, according to the digital table is divided into two groups, take the traditional open reduction and treatment, research group to take minimally invasive percutaneous plate technology treatment, comparing the two groups.Results Excellent research group 93.02% 75.42% better than the control group, the study group blood loss and healing time than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous plate treatment of humeral shaft fractures signiifcantly safe.
