Ang Ⅱ和Cx43通过VSMCs参与血管钙化的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 血管钙化（vascular calcification）主要由过量的钙盐在细胞介导下主动沉积于血管组织所致。钙化血管的舒张功能下降,血管僵硬度增加,并且血管里面的血小板粘附和聚集性都增强,易引起动脉血栓的形成和动脉粥样硬化斑块的破裂,因此,可以认为血管钙化是导致心血管疾病的重要危险因子。
