煤矿企业人因风险预警的数值模拟研究

摘要 人因风险预警是控制煤矿企业人因风险的前提和关键。选取我国河南省裴沟矿为研究对象,利用综合评估模型进行评估。结果表明,该煤矿企业的人因风险指数为25.81,其中在个人因素控制和安全管理流程控制两个方面存在问题最为严重。人因事故致因分析表明,未遂事故的主要致因因素为个人因素,已发事故的致因涉及安全管理流程、个人因素、团队因素、组织因素和事故案例警示作用等多个方面。利用数值模拟方法对试点煤矿的人因风险指数(R)与实际人因风险水平(RL)进行关系拟合,得到关系曲线,利用该关系模型能够识别与判定煤矿企业人因风险预防与控制重点。 The man-made risk early-warning is the premise and key to control man-made risks. Peigou Mine in Henan Province being taken as an example, and was assessed via compre- hensive evaluation model. The results show that the man-made risk index in this enterprise is 25.81, in which the individual factor control and safety-management control present the most se- rious problem. The causes for man-made accidents show that the individual factors caused near- accidents and the accidents resulted from such aspects as security management, personal factors, team factors, organizational factors and accidental warning role. The fitting curves of man-made risk index (R) and the actual man-made risk level (RL) of the pilot coal mine was obtained by u- sing numerical simulation, by which the key to risk prevention and control of man-made risks in coal enterprises can be identified and determined.
