摘要
我国煤炭行业的领军企业如何进行计划管理工作,落实到现实中就是要把握前瞻性、领先性的原则,在计划管理模式、计划管理手段和计划管理方法上推动创新,实现领先,并最终实现一流水平。本文提出了企业信息化建设是全面计划管理体系建立的必由之路,分析了全面计划管理体系的建立与企业内部各部门关系的协调和明确问题,设计了国有煤炭企业全面计划管理体系的创新模式,对实现我国大型煤炭企业管理工作的优化和调整、提升企业管理水平具有很强的现实意义和理论价值。
The leading coal enterprises in China should grasp the principle of advancement and leading position in order to carry out plan management work. They should innovate the mod- el, means and methods of plan management work to realize the leading position and finally reach the goal of first-class level. We put forward that information construction is the necessary way of building comprehensive plan control system, analyze the coordination problems between the es- tablishment o{ comprehensive plan and various departments in enterprises, and devise the innova- tive model of comprehensive plan control system in coal enterprises. All of these have practical and theoretical significance in realizing the optimization and adjustment of large coal enterprises management and improving enterprises＂ management level.
