正交试验设计优化MTBE装置反应器的工艺参数

摘要 某石化公司炼油型MTBE(甲基叔丁基醚)装置产品副产物较多,尤其是MSBE(甲基仲丁基醚)的含量较高,通常是由于工艺参数控制不当造成的。因此,需要根据装置处理量变化及原料组分变化等多方面因素,实时对反应器工艺参数进行调节和控制。介绍了MTBE的反应机理和工艺流程,分析了影响反应器的主要工艺操作参数,并利用正交试验设计对反应器的工艺操作条件进行了优化。反应器操作参数优化调整后,MTBE产品中副产物MSBE含量由优化前的1.5%降至0.3%,进一步提高了MTBE的产品质量。 A petrochemical company refinery MTBE(methyl tert-butyl ether) device generates many undesirable by-products. In by-products, the MSBE(methyl sec-butyl ether) content is higher especially, which is caused by improper control of technical parameters. Therefore, it has to regulate and control the parameters of the reactor according to the change of processing capacity, the raw material's components and other conditions. This article introduces the reaction mechanism and the process of MTBE. Then the main operating parameters which can affect the reactor are analyzed. At last the process conditions are optimized based on the orthogonal experimental design. After the optimization, the content of MSBE in by-products reduces from 1.5% to 0.3%, and the product quality of MTBE is improved.
