摘要
目的:探讨双水平气道正压(Bi PAP)无创呼吸机辅助通气治疗高龄慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的护理方法及效果。方法:回顾性分析本科2012年6月-2014年9月收治的30例高龄慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者应用Bi PAP无创呼吸机辅助通气治疗的临床护理方法。结果:使用Bi PAP无创呼吸机辅助通气治疗及综合护理方法对高龄AECOPD患者的心率、呼吸、Sp O2、血气指标较治疗前有明显改善。结论:应用Bi PAP无创呼吸机辅助通气治疗及综合护理能够有效提高高龄AECOPD患者的治疗效果。
Objective：To explore the nursing method and effect of the bi-level positive airway pressure （BiPAP） noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation treating advanced age chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combine with type II respiratory failure patients.Method：30 cases of advanced age acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD） combine with type II respiratory failure patients were selected in our departments from June 2012 to September 2014,and were retrospective analyzed,they all used the clinical nursing method of BiPAP noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation.Result：Used BiPAP noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation and comprehensive nursing care to treat the advanced age AECOPD,the patients’ heart rate,breathing, SpO2,blood gas indexes had obvious improvement.Conclusion：Using the BiPAP noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation and comprehensive nursing care to treat the advanced age AECOPD can improve the therapeutic effect.
