摘要
设置经济学教学改革绩效评价指标体系,并采用问卷调查和主成分方法评价福州大学2010级和2012级经济学教改班项目绩效。研究结果表明,决定福州大学经济学教改班绩效水平的关键因素是师资质量、考核方式和课程安排。提出继续贯彻落实教学计划,合理安排学生的课程,勇于改革创新,鼓励学生发挥主观能动性,合理利用教学资源等建议。
In this research, the authors set up some indexes to evaluate the reform in economics teaching at Fuzhou University, in which both questionnaires and principal component methods were employed. The findings indicate that teachers' qualifications, test methods and the curriculum are the decisive factors in the success of the reform. We suggest that the School of Economics and Management continue to implement the teaching plans in a correct manner. The teachers should not only have the courage to carry out the reform themselves, but also encourage the students to cooperate with them closely and make full use of the teaching resources.
