摘要
通过建立鼓式制动器刚柔耦合虚拟样机模拟制动器制动的实际加载过程,建立鼓式制动器的接触分析模型;应用动力学和有限元方法对鼓式制动器进行接触分析,得到了接触压力、应力、应变分布规律;分析E260型载重车制动鼓法兰圆角处的开裂失效问题并进行材料检测试验.结果表明:接触压力分布不均及机械应力集中是导致制动鼓开裂失效的直接原因.
For simulating the practical loading process of the braking, a rigid-tlexible coupled virtual prototype of the drum brake was established. Contact analysis model of drum brake is established. Drum brake was contacted by combining the dynamic analysis and the finite element techniques, and has got the contact pressure, stress and strain distribution rule. We have carried on failure and materials detection experimental verification for the E260 type truck brake drum flange fillet cracking. The results show that the contact pressure uneven distribution and the mechanical stress concentration the direct cause of the brake drum cracking failure.
