摘要
目的探讨3.0T MR LAVA技术对胃左动脉解剖变异的价值.方法回顾性分析300例MRI LAVA动态增强扫描患者,并进行MIP,VR,MPR重建,观察胃左动脉起源和走行.结果 300例患者中,MichelsⅠ型(正常解剖型)264例(88.0%).共有36例(12.0%)发现变异胃左动脉,其中Ⅱ型23例(7.67%),Ⅲ型1例(0.33%),Ⅴ型3例(1.00%),Ⅵ型1例(0.33%).Ⅳ型本组未发现,其他8例(2.67%).结论胃左动脉存在广泛的解剖学变异,具有多样性、复杂性.3.0T MR LAVA技术可以清晰并且立体地显示胃左动脉的正常解剖及变异情况.
Objective To explore the value of 3.0T MR LAVA technology on revealing left gastric artery anatomical variations. Method A retrospective analysis on 300 cases accepted MRI LAVA dynamic enhanced scan was carried out. MIP, VR and MPR were reconstructed to observe the origin and walking line of left gastric artery. Results In the 300 cases, there were 264 cases ( 88.0% ) , Michels type Ⅰ ( normal anatomic type) ; and 36 cases ( 12.0% ) with variations in left gastric artery, including 23 cases (7.67%) of type Ⅱ, 1 case (0.33%) of type Ⅲ,3 cases (1.00%) of type V,1 case (0.33%) of tⅣype Ⅵ,and 8 cases (2.67%) of others. Type Ⅳ group was not found. Conclusion The anatomic variations of left gastric artery exist widely with diversity and complexity. The normal anatomy and variations of left gastric artery can be clearly and stereoscopically displayed by 3.0T MR LAVA technology.
