摘要
党的十八大及十八届三中、四中全会均传递出加快城镇化建设,加快农民市民化进程,注重农民的改革开放成果分享等重要信息。新型城镇化进程中,教育券模式的实施,将对促进教育公平,提高教育质量,将教育的公平与效率融为一体,增加报考职业技术院校的学生人数,拓宽民办教育的融资渠道起到重要作用。
The third and fourth plenary sessions of the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC sent out im -portant information to speed up urbanization , speed up the process of urbanization of the farmers , at the same time , to emphasize that the farmers should share the achievements of reform and opening-up.In the new urbanization process, the implementation of the education voucher will promote the fair development of education , improve the quality of education , and integrate fairness and efficiency of education , increase the number of students applying for occupation technical college , enhance the financing channel of private education .
