摘要
丰镇发电厂利用2号机组关停后闲置的低压加热器对现运行的4号机组进行系统改造,将空冷机组的循环水出水利用管道引出一部分,再将工业泵出口生水接入原低压加热器汽侧,逆向换热升温,循环水冷却后返回原空冷机组的循环水回水管道,实现对循环水冷却降温,同时关闭原专用于对生水进行加热的抽汽,减少抽汽热耗。改造后4号机组真空度提高了0.5 k Pa,节能效果显著。
