摘要
"东亚秩序"起源于传统东亚华夷秩序,而华夷秩序是由古代"五服制"演变而来。高天覆四方,大城载八荒,以华为中心,夷为四方,"裔不谋华,夷不乱华","华夷"共生共荣。自汉代的张骞通西域到明代郑和七下西洋,从罗马帝国文明、穆斯林秩序到与中华帝国文明的冲撞,形成了东北亚的"华夷"秩序的核心圈,又与东南亚、南亚、中亚、西亚形成了不同层次的外围圈,其中与罗马帝国文明和穆斯林秩序相交叉,构成了世界秩序的重要组成部分。东北亚"华夷"秩序蕴涵着"天人合一"的自然生态理念,以"不治治之"的王道理念和以"厚往薄来"的朝贡册封体制,构建了亲和友好型的"华夷"秩序,形成了周边与中心的"比葵藿之向日"关系。这对今天全球发展经济关系,滋元育本,构建自然生态友好型国际秩序是一个重要的价值取向。
"East Asian order" originates from traditional "Hua-yi order" which took China as the centre and all the foreign countries as the four sides. From Zhang Qian's visit to the Western Region in Han Dynasty to Zheng He^s seven voyages to the Western Seas in Ming Dynasty, "Hua-yi order" gradually became the core sphere in the course of cultural colli- sions between Roman civilization, Muslim order and Chinese civilization. Meanwhile peripher- al spheres formed in Southeast Asia, Middle Asia and West Asia as well. Ideas of "harmo- ny between the Nature and humans", "noninterference" and "hospitality to all tributaries" played the key role in establishing friendly relations between China and the surrounding countries. All this could be a value orientation for the construction of a natural, ecological and friendly international order.
