摘要
【目的】揭示新疆南疆地区奶牛乳房炎性表皮葡萄球菌生物膜形成状况及形成依赖型。【方法】采用微量板半定量法检测分离自新疆南疆地区奶牛乳房炎乳样中55株表皮葡萄球菌。【结果】结果表明,所检表皮葡萄球菌中有7株菌为表皮葡萄球菌生物膜形成阳性菌株;选择生物膜形成能力最强的1株菌(编号5-121-2),对其生物膜形成依赖型进行检测,结果表明该菌株生物膜形成属于胞外多糖与蛋白质混合依赖型,即胞外多糖和蛋白质均参与5-121-2生物膜的形成,但蛋白质起主要作用,同时胞外DNA也显著参与5-121-2的生物膜形成。【结论】新建南疆地区奶牛乳房炎性表皮葡萄球菌5-121-2生物膜形成主要依赖胞外蛋白、胞外多糖和胞外DNA,它们在其生物膜形成的贡献率分别达99.6%、82.6%和99.7%。
【Objective】In order to reveal the types of biofilm formation by Staphylococcus epidermidis isolated from the southern Xinjiang,【Method】the semi-quantitative assay was performed to detect biofilm formation produced by the 55 strains of S. epidermidis. And then a strain,which owned the strongest ability of biofilm formation,was selected for the detection of dependent type of biofilm formation. 【Result】The results showed that 7 strains of S. epidermdis tested were biofilm-positive strains and 5-121-2 was the strongest capacity of biofilm formation. More importantly,this strain,5-121-2,which of biofilm formation depended on not the extracellular polysaccharide also protein. Meanwhile,the extracellular DNA was mainly also involved in biofilm formation by 5-121-2.【Conclusion】Biofilm formation by Staphylococcus epidermidis 5-121-2 isolated from the southern Xinjiang depends on the extracellular polysaccharide、extracellular protein and extracellular DNA,their contribution in the biofilm formation are 99. 6% 、82. 6% and 99. 6% respectively.
