摘要 以苯乙烯和丙烯酸丁酯为主单体,丙烯酸为功能性单体采用乳液聚合制备P(St-BA-AA)微球,通过TEM表征了乳胶粒的形态,研究了乳化剂的用量、功能性单体的用量对乳液黏度及乳胶粒平均粒径的影响。探讨了P(St-BA-AA)乳胶膜对不同溶剂的响应性。实验结果表明,所制得的乳胶粒具有明显的核壳结构,乳液平均粒径109.1~249.8 nm,其黏度为5.271~11.113 mPa·s。乳胶膜对水、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇有颜色响应性,对烃类、醚类、酮类、氯仿和四氢呋喃没有颜色响应性。 The P(St-BA-AA) polymer microspheres were successfully prepared by emulsion polymerization method using styrene and butyl acrylate as the main monomer, acrylic acid as the functional monomer. The morphologies of microspheres were characterized with transmission electron microscope (TEM). The effects of the amount of emulsifier and functional monomer on the average particle size of latex particles and the emulsion viscosity were investigated.The solvatochromic-responsive properties of P(St-BA-AA) latex film were also explored. The results showed that the microspheres had typical core-shell morphology and average particle size of 109.1~249.8 nm, and the emulsion viscosity was 5.271 - 11.113 mPa·s. The latex film has color responsiveness to water, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol and ethylene glycol, and hasn ' t color responsiveness to hydrocarbons, ethers, tones, chloroform and tetrahydrofuran.
