摘要
在分析国外产业园区发展趋势和国内产业园区转型阵痛的基础上,将产业园区智慧化要素归纳为基础设施、园区管理服务、政策环境和产业促进四大要素,在此基础上运用层次分析法对产业园区智慧化进行逐步分解,提炼出智慧化要素并设置各要素权重,构建产业园区智慧化评价模型,同时提出产业园区智慧化转型发展路径,可为产业园区管理部门的智慧化建设和评价提供借鉴。
In this article, industrial parks, which are based on the analysis development trend and transition pains of the home and overseas, divide smart into four categories： infrastructure, the park management services, policy environment and industrial promotion. Through the analytic hierarchy process, the smart in park is decomposed progressively. And then the specific impact of the smart in park is summed up, the scores for each factor and weight relative to the total risk is calculated, the smart in park assessment model is built, and the transformation of development path is proposed. There- by the model can provide a reference for the building and assessment of the smart in industrial park.
