摘要
以3个1a生桂花(Osmanthus fragrans)品种幼苗为材料,设置低、中、高3个不同的Na Cl浓度梯度,研究桂花盐害指数的变化、叶片光化学效率和叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,盐害指数随着胁迫时间的延长、盐处理浓度的增大而增大;光化学效率和叶绿素含量随不同浓度处理时间的延长而下降,当盐胁迫浓度为40 mmol·L-1时,3个桂花品种的光化学效率和叶绿素含量与对照相比差异不显著;当盐浓度分别为70、100 mmol·L-1时,差异显著;但品种间差异不显著。
The effects of salt injury index,leaf ΦPSII,Fv / Fm and Chlorophyll content of three oneyear-old Osmanthus fragrans cultivars were investigated by using low,moderate and high Na Cl concentrations. The results showed that the salt index increased with the increase of stress intensity and duration,while leaf ΦPSII,Fv / Fm and Chlorophyll content were reduced. There was no significant difference when these seedlings were treated with 40 mmol·L^-1 Na Cl which was melted in Hoagland solution. But there was significant difference when treated by 70 mmol·L^-1 and 100 mmol·L^-1 Na Cl respectively,whereas there was no significant difference among the three different cultivars.
