摘要
了解和掌握不同消费者对农产品质量安全风险交流的满意程度和诉求,能够更好地实现"双向"交流、制定有效的风险交流策略。在梳理我国农产品质量安全风险交流现状和特点的基础上,对不同年龄段的450名消费者进行了问卷调查,分析消费者对我国农产品质量安全风险交流的满意度和主体诉求,并提出加强我国农产品质量安全风险交流工作的政策建议。
Learning and mastering consumers' satisfaction and demands with agricultural products quality and safety risk communication can not only achieve the “two-way”communication effectively, but also develop practical risk communication strategies. On the basis of go- ing over the status quo and characteristics of agricultural products quality and safety risk communication, totally 450 consumers from different ages were investigated for analyzing their satisfaction and demands with agricultural products quality and safety risk communication. Finally, policy suggestions were proposed to strengthen the agricultural products quality and safety risk communication work.
