摘要
随着素质教育的全面深入展开,教师这个岗位对于从业者的要求越来越高。与此同时,师范生的口语表达的逻辑性和条理性欠缺,三字一画技能趋于一般,课堂教学技能与实际需要的技能有一定差距,对担当班主任工作一知半解、无从下手。因此,高校需要加强口语实践训练,创建多元化的培育方式,拓宽实习渠道加强与中小学的密切联系,加强对学生正确的价值观培育。
With the depth of quality education carried out, the teachers in this position is increasingly a creative process. Meanwhile, normal students lack of oral expression in logical and rational, whose three word painting skills tend to be general. There is a certain gap between the student teachers＂ classroom teaching skiUs and practical skills needed. Normal students to play the work, having a superficial knowledge of where to start. Therefore, universities need to strengthen oral English practice, cultivate the way to create a diversified, broaden the channel of practice closer ties and schools, strengthen the cultivation of students＇ correct values.
