摘要
总结沙明荣教授运用中西医结合疗法治疗女性生殖系统支原体感染的经验。其中,西医疗法根据药物敏感试验的结果合理选择抗生素治疗;中医疗法则根据辨证论治的结果,认为女性生殖系统支原体感染为湿热毒邪蕴结,治疗当清热解毒祛湿,主要采用五味消毒饮加减。所配合的中医疗法可随证加减、全面兼顾,减轻使用抗生素产生的不良反应,临床优势明显。
Professor SHA Ming-rong summarized the experience on female reproductive system mycoplasma infection by the combination therapy of Chinese and Western medicine. Among them, Western medicine therapy according to the drug sensitive test, the rational use of antibiotics; TCM therapeutics based on the syndrome differentiation： the pathogenesis of the female reproductive system mycoplasma infection is damp heat toxin stagnation, treating by clearing heat and dampness, and using Wuwei Xiaodu decoction. It can reduce the side effects of the use of antibiotics by application of Chinese medicine therapy.
