摘要
肿瘤具有免疫原性,在人类肿瘤组织中可发现大量肿瘤浸润性淋巴细胞;大多数肿瘤患者在接受主动免疫治疗后可以检测到参与应答反应的肿瘤抗原特异性T细胞.但是主动免疫治疗并未给患者带来显著的临床疗效,究其原因发现肿瘤微环境中的免疫抑制状态削弱了效应细胞的杀瘤活性.因此深入研究肿瘤与免疫系统的相互作用将有助于提高临床生物治疗的疗效.
Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes can be found in human tumor tissues.Although after active immune therapy,tumor-reactive T cells could be detected in most patients' peripheral blood,patients often get little clinical benefit.Now it is believed that tumor microenvironment suppresses immune response and causes tumor immune escape.Here we review the mechanism of tumor immune escape and tumor immunotherapy strategies.
