摘要
达托霉素是新型环脂肽类抗生素,本文对达托霉素的抗菌谱、药动学及其在治疗皮肤软组织感染、菌血症、感染性心内膜炎、骨关节感染及骨髓炎等疾病的临床应用做一评价,明确其在抗感染中的价值和地位。
Daptomycin is a cyclic lipopeptide antibacterial agent. To better evaluate the clinical value of daptomycin, we reviewed its antibacterial spectrum, pharmacokinetic and its wide application in complicated skin and soft tissue infections, bacteremia, infective endocarditis, bone and joint infections.
