摘要
以河南桐柏野生大豆幼苗为材料,通过不同浓度Na Cl(0,50,100,150,200 mmol/L)处理,测得叶绿素的含量以及叶绿素荧光参数变化均呈现一定的规律.实验结果表明:不同Na Cl浓度处理下,野生大豆总叶绿素含量、叶绿素a、叶绿素b的含量均先上升后下降,而在高浓度盐胁迫下初始荧光(F0)有升高趋势,最大荧光(Fm)有降低趋势,这说明高浓度盐胁迫使野生大豆的光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)受到伤害,电子传递量减少,对光合作用产生了抑制.
Taking Tongbai Glycine sojas as research objects, in different NaCl concentration (0, 50, 100, 150, 200 mmol/L) processing, under different salt concentration, the content of chlorophyll and chlorophyll fluores-cence parameters have certain regularity. Results show that in different NaCl concentration processing, the Gly-cine sojas total chlorophyll content, the content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b are down after rising first. However, under the high concentration of salt stress the initial fluorescence ( F0 ) increased and the fluorescence (Fm) had a lower trend, which suggested that high concentrations of salt stress damage the optical system of Gly-cine sojas photosystemⅡ ( PS Ⅱ) , decrease the electron transfer volume and restrain the inhibition of photosyn-thesis.
