摘要
模具企业的升级对模具专业人才的培养质量提出了更高的要求。在模具设计教学中结合企业项目,培养出更多符合企业需求的高素质应用型人才。在分析后裙外板结构和工艺特点的基础上,制定四工序的冲压工作方案。在拉延成形工序,对冲压方向、压料面的形状和拉延筋等成形因素进行分析,利用UG软件对后裙外板拉延工艺面进行三维建模。拉延模、翻边、翻孔模等模具用UG软件设计,得到三维模型结构。
The updating of mold manufacturers presents higher requirements on training quality of mold profes- sionals. Mold design teaching in combination with enterprise projects produces higher-quality practical talents in line with enterprise demand. On the basis of rear skirt plate stamping process features, four-process punching scheme is developed. Analysis is conducted on drawing forming process, stamping direction, binder surface shape and draw bead. Use is made of UG software to develop the three-dimension model for rear skirt plate drawing process surface, and to design drawing die, stub ends and burring dies, giving birth to three--dimensional structure model.
