维生素D在慢性肺疾病中的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 维生素D通过与受体结合后,对机体钙磷代谢发挥重要作用,而随着研究不断深入,发现维生素D受体( VDR)除了存在于经典的靶器官如骨、小肠,还存在于呼吸系统。维生素D通过与受体结合,并通过免疫调节、炎性抑制、抗纤维化、诱导抗菌肽等对多种肺疾病的发生发展有重要作用,其中包括哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、间质性肺疾病、肺结核。近来有文献报道,维生素D对糖尿病及其并发症有保护作用,但对糖尿病肺病的保护作用目前报道较少,我们在此同时将维生素D在糖尿病肺病中的研究做一总结,综述如下。
