摘要 大同煤矿集团同忻煤矿,为满足矿井生产衔接需要,决定提前开拓三盘区。三盘区立井开拓,新建2个立井:1个进风立井,作为副立井;1个回风立井。两井贯通后,进行副立井临时改绞。根据具体情况,确定副立井临时改绞方式为吊桶改为临时罐笼、临时箕斗。临时改绞于2014-10-27开始施工,仅用49d,便安全顺利地完成了施工任务,为加快矿井建设速度,缩短建设工期创造了条件。 In order to meet the production connection requirement of the mine,Tongxin Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group decided to develop No. 3 Mining Block in advance. No. 3 Mining Block was a mine shaft development and there were two new mine shafts to be constructed. There would be a mine air income shaft as a mine auxiliary shaft and a mine air returning shaft. After the two mine shafts were break-through,an interim changed winch of the mine auxiliary shaft was conducted. According to the certain conditions, the interim changed winch method of the mine auxiliary shaft was from a bucket changed to the interim cage and interim skip. The construction of the interim winch started on October 27,2014 and with 49 days only,the construction of the interim winch was safely and successfully com- pleted and created the conditions to speed up the mine construction speed and reduce the construction period.
