摘要
目的基于TRIZ理论中技术进化模式与S-曲线技术预测工具,对医用CT进行技术成熟度识别,并提出相关采购时机建议方法通过对文献查阅,综合评述TRL、基于专利与基于文献三大主流技术成熟度评价方法;并以专利计量法为例,划分CT设备生命周期、识别CT技术成熟度结果根据专利申请数量-时间曲线判断CT大类设备目前处于成长期;单项技术的S-曲线可经过跃迁构成大类S-曲线族群;根据专利申请人排名情况判断产品市场竞争情况判断CT市场多采用撇脂定价决策结论经五代CT技术特征验证,专利计量法可有效识别医学装备技术成熟度,其结果可协助各医疗机构选择适应于自身发展规划且性价平衡的最佳采购时机。
Objective To evaluate the CT (Computed Tomography) technology maturity on the basis of evolution patterns and S-curve forecasting tools in TRIZ theories so as to propose suggestions for the time of CT procurement. Methods The study made a comprehensive review of TRL-based, patent-based and literature-based technology maturity evaluation methods through literature search and review. It also took the patent measurement as an example to divide the life cycle of CT and evaluate its technology maturity. Results According to the patent number-time curve, CT was currently in the growth stage. And the S-curve of a single technology could constitute the S-curve of a whole technology in certain category via transitions. The ranking of patent applicants could be used to determine the situation of marketing competition. The study indicated that most CT suppliers used the skimming pricing decisions. Conclusion Through veriifcation of the technical features of the ifrst to the iffth generation CT, the patent measurement proved its effectiveness in technology maturity evaluation. And its result was helpful for various medical institutes to make a choice of the best and performance/price-balanced procurement time that were suitable for their development planning.
