摘要
通过水浸模拟潮湿环境,研究潮湿环境对玻璃纤维筋和玄武岩纤维筋的拉伸强度、拉伸弹性模量及剪切强度的影响。结果表明:水浸降低了玻璃纤维筋的拉伸强度、拉伸弹性模量和剪切强度,降低程度与浸泡时间和玻璃纤维筋直径有关;玻璃纤维筋在水中发生了后固化反应,玻璃纤维筋的力学性能变化是水浸作用和后期固化综合影响的结果。在水中浸泡降低了玄武岩纤维筋的拉伸强度、拉伸弹性模量和剪切强度,这源于玄武岩纤维、树脂基体以及二者之间界面区域性能的退化;随着浸泡时间的增加,玄武岩纤维筋拉伸强度和拉伸弹性模量的降幅呈增大趋势,剪切强度的变化不规律。玻璃纤维筋的耐水性比玄武岩纤维筋的差。
The durability of glass fiber reinforced composite bars (GFB) and basalt fiber reinforced composite bars (BFB) in moisture environment was studied. The test results show that the tensile strength,tensile modulus of elasticity and shear strength of GFB decrease in water solution, and the changing degree is related to treated time and GFB diameter. GFB continue to cure when being suffered to water solution. The mechanical performance change of GFB is from the role of water solution and post-curing degree. Water solution reduces the tensile strength, tensile modulus of elasticity and shear strength of BFB because of the performance degeneration of basalt fiber, resin matrix and interface region between them. The changing degree of tensile strength and elasticity modulus of BFB increases with the treated time increasing, and the change rule of shear strength is not obvious. The water resistance of BFB is better than that of GFB.
