摘要
从生态用水、水体水质、生物栖息条件和泉域保护4个方面对汾河清水复流工程实施后的生态影响进行了评价,结果表明:汾河生态补水量在2020年达到3.1亿m3,基本可以满足河道生态需水要求;河流水质逐渐改善,中下游部分河段COD和氨氮浓度大幅降低;修复建成的近1.4万hm2滨河带和800 hm2湿地,将极大改善生物栖息地格局;水质改善、水域扩展以及生态用水的渗漏将促进沿河附近的泉域恢复。最后,就河流在上述4个方面改善所体现的各项服务价值进行了核算,结果表明:汾河作为调水受水区和工程实施区,其生态系统将得到改善,工程实施后,汾河的水文调节功能和水质净化功能等各项生态服务价值将显著增加。
The four aspects of eco - water use, water quality, ecological inhabitability and spring protection were evaluated for ecological influence after EFWDR ( short for the engineering of Fenhe River water diversion in order to reflow). The results show that: a) the eco - water quantity will be 310 million m^3 which can satisfy the ecological demand of river, in 2020; b) the river water quality changes better and the concentration of COD and NH3 - N in the middle and lower reaches decrease sharply; c) the 14 thousand hm2 shore and 800 hm^2 marsh have improved the ecological inhabitability; d) the improved of water quality, the increased of water area and the seepage of ecological water have improved the spring restoration. At last, the sorts of service value of Fenhe River were calculated in above aspects. The result shows that as the intake area and construction area, Fenhe' s ecological system is improved and the hydrologic adjustment function, water purification function and other ecological value of Fenhe will be greatly increased after EFWDR.
