摘要 尺度问题是制约水文模型发展和应用的一个重要因素。在回顾和分析水文模型尺度研究进展的基础上,提出了水文模型尺度研究中的若干问题,包括水文模型与水文过程的尺度关系、时空异质性问题、水文建模与耦合的尺度性、遥感及GIS与水文模型的关系等问题,建议通过建立和发展全球水循环观测网络、加强水文过程的机理研究、从理论的视角来构建多尺度水文模型、基于遥感和GIS技术开展不同尺度水文模型研究等方法来解决水文模型尺度的关键问题,进而利用不同尺度水文模型预测全球水循环变化趋势,更好地应对流域区域乃至全球的气候变化问题。 The scale problem is an important factor restricting the development and application of hydrological models. This paper reviewed the research progress on the scale of hydrological models, put forward several issues in the study of hydrological model scale, including the scale relationship between the hydrological model and the hydrological process, spatial and temporal heterogeneity problem, the scale of hydrological modeling and coupling, remote sensing and GIS in relation to the hydrological models. Therefore, the paper tried to discuss the establishment and development of the global water cycle observation network, strengthen the mechanism of the hydrological process research, mining law of watershed hydrological processes, based on mathematical method and physics from the angle of theory to build the multi - scale hydrological models and based on remote sensing and GIS technology research on different scales of hydrological models and other methods to solve the key problems of hydrological model scale, and then use different scale models to predict the global water cycle change trend, to better cope with basin, regional and even global climate change.
