摘要
目的：探讨青年人婚姻满意度与品格优势的关系。方法：通过网上问卷调查的方式选取已婚者进行调查,获有效问卷307份（年龄21-44岁,婚龄0-20年）。使用Olson婚姻质量问卷（ENRICH,包含婚姻满意度和个体因素、婚际因素、外界因素3个婚姻因素）和品格优势量表（VIA-IS,分为24项品格优势,按自我-他人和感性-理性两个标准获得感性-自我聚焦、感性-他人聚焦、理性-自我聚焦、理性-他人聚焦4个高阶品格优势要素）进行测量。结果：婚姻满意度因子得分与24项品格优势及4个高阶品格优势要素得分均呈正相关（r=0.17-0.53,均P〈0.01）。4个高阶品格优势要素通过ENRICH的3个婚姻因素的完全中介作用,对婚姻满意度因子起正向作用。结论：本研究提示,青年人的婚姻满意度与品格优势的关系密切,品格优势通过3个婚姻因素对婚姻满意度起作用。
Objective：To explore the relationship between marital satisfaction and character strengths in young people. Methods：An online survey was delivered to 307 married people （aged 2 1 -44 with years of mar-riage 0-20）. Marital satisfaction was measured with the Evaluating and Nurturing Relationship Issues,Communica-tion,and Happiness （ENRICH,including intrapersonal,interpersonal,and external factors and marital satisfaction）. Character strengths were measured with Values in Action Inventory of Strengths （VIA-IS,total 24 character strengths were classified into 4 high level character strength factors including heart-focus on self,heart-focus on oth-ers,mind-focus on self,mind-focus on others）. Results：All 24 character strengths scores and 4 high level character strength factors scores were positively correlated with marital satisfaction score （r=0. 17 -0. 53,Ps〈0. 01 ）. Four high level character strength factors positively affected marital satisfaction through the mediation of 3 marital factors. Conclusion：The results indicate that the young people＇s marital satisfaction is closely related to their char-acter strengths,and character strengths affect marital satisfaction through 3 marital factors.
