二期全腔静脉肺动脉连接术的短期疗效
摘要
目的：探讨二期全腔静脉肺动脉连接术（total cavopulmonary connection，TCPC）行单心室矫治的短期疗效。方法：39例单心室患儿行 TCPC 术，术前患儿血氧饱和度范围0．65～0．85，平均0．81±0．04。其中16例行左右心导管检查，采用4种术式完成TCPC术。结果：存活率为100％。安静不吸氧时下血氧饱和度0．8～1．0，平均0．95±0．05，较术前明显提升（P ＜0．001）。随访6～12个月，17例出现并发症。结论：TCPC短期疗效好，无严重并发症。
