摘要
深海芽孢杆菌No.461是本实验室前期在西南印度洋深海淤泥中分离出的海洋细菌,对水产养殖动物易染的一些致病菌(如金黄色葡萄球菌、单增李斯特菌、副溶血性弧菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌)具有较好的抑菌活性。本实验将此芽孢杆菌固定化,制备成微胶囊,提高了芽孢杆菌的稳定性,耐酸耐碱、方便运输,可广泛应用于水产养殖业。
A strain of Bacillus No. 461 which had a good antagonistic effect was isolated from the southwest Indian ocean deep - sea mud and identified before in our lab. It could resist the grow of four bacterium ( Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Vibrio parahaemolytlcus, Salmonella typhimufium) which could infect aquaculture animal easily, In this study, this Bacillus was immobilized and microcapsules were prepared in order to improve the stability of Bacillus. At the same time, this mlcrocapsule had good quality of acid and alkali resistance, and transport convenience. It would be widely used in aquaculture in the future.
