摘要
文中设计了一套车床尾座,可实现手动和液压等不同模块任意搭配,可实现四套尾座设计方案。在保证尾座功能可靠的前提下,实现了最大程度的零件通用化,极大减少了此部件在制造生产组织等流程中的工作量。该设计方案已成功应用于某款数控车床中。
This paper designs a suit of lathe tailstock,which could accomplish up to 4 product combinations varying among manual types and hydraulic types. On the premise of reliable tailstock functions,this design accomplishes the maximum generality,which could deeply release the work-burden on the producing and manufacturing processes. This design has successfully applied on a CNC lathe product.
