摘要
目的探讨经皮局部注射免疫抑制剂(地塞米松联合环磷酰胺)治疗Graves病的临床疗效,观察TRAb水平的变化。方法选取本院收治的200例Graves病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组给予常规抗甲状腺药物治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予甲状腺内局部注射免疫抑制剂同步治疗。对两组TRAb水平进行监测。结果观察组甲状腺重量明显缩小,TRAb转阴率提高,甲状腺功能改善良好,治愈率显著提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论免疫抑制剂经皮局部注射治疗Graves病疗效显著,安全性良好,建议临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and observe the TRAb levels of localized intrathroid injection of im-munosuppressive agents （ dexamethasone and cyclophosphamide ） in treatment of Graves ′disease . Methods 200 patients with Graves′disease were randomly and averagely divided into observation group and control group. control group：given conventional anti-thyroid drugs;Observation group：given thyroid local injection of immunosuppressant On the basis of the control group. TRAb levels for both groups were monitored. Results The thyroid weight obtained significantly reduced , both TRAb negative rate and the curing rate increased remarkably. The difference between groups was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The locatized intra-thyroid injection of immunosuppvessive agents is efficacy and safety in freatment of Graves′disease . It is suggested clinical promotion.
