摘要
目的：对奥拉西坦注射液联合脑心通胶囊治疗脑出血能够取得的效果展开讨论、分析。方法2013年7月～2014年7月我院共接收脑出血患者87例，以此为研究对象，采取随机分配法对其进行分组。对照组42例给予常规性治疗，试验组45例给予奥拉西坦注射液联合脑心通胶囊治疗。结果治疗前两组患者脑部血肿体积差异无统计学意义，经6周的治疗后，实验组明显改善，脑部血肿体积显著小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组治疗的总有效率为77.78%，而对照组的总有效率为52.38%，经统计学比较发现，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）；根据调查统计结果，对照组和试验组患者均未出现明显的不良反应情况，只有对照组2例患者出现稍微的谷丙转氨酶升高，发生率（7.17%），组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论治疗脑出血奥拉西坦注射液联合脑心通胶囊的效果显著，可推广其临床应用的范围。
Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of Oxiracetam injection combined Naoxintong capsule on treating cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods 87 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 were selected as the research object.Grouped them randomly.42 cases in the control group was given conventional treatment,45 patients in the treatment group reveived oxiracetam injection combined with Naoxintong Capsule. Results The two groups cerebral hematoma volume had no significant difference before and after treatment for 6 weeks,the experimental group improved significantly,the braln hematoma volume was significantly smaller than that of the control group,the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）;Treatment group＆#39;s total effectiveness was 77.78%,while the total efficiency of the control group was 52.38%,after the statistics,the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）;According to the survey results, the control group and the experimental group patients had adverse reactions obviously,only 2 patients in the control group appeared slight alanine aminotransferase increased,the incidence rate was 7.17%,with no significant difference between groups. Conclusion Oxiracetam injection combined with Naoxintong capsule has remarkable effect on treating cerebral hemorrhage,we should promote its clinical application.
