摘要
本文对检索语言在医学信息管理与检索中的应用进行了综述,其中着重介绍了国内外通用的规范化检索语言的应用情况,包括医学主题词表、国际疾病分类法、系统医学术语-临床术语、观测标识符逻辑命名与编码系统、放射医学辞典、一体化医学术语系统、中文一体化医学语言系统、医学主题词表以及中医药一体化语言系统,其中特别介绍了检索语言在以电子病历为核心的临床医疗信息系统中的应用。检索语言在医学信息检索中位于数据处理的核心地位,是医学数据库和信息系统的语言保障。
This study summarized the application of retrieval language in medical information management and retrieval, which focused on application of standardized medical terminologies such as Medical Subject Headings （MESH）, International Classification of Diseases （ICD）, Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine-Clinical Terms （SNOMED CT）, Logical Observa- tion Identifiers Names and Codes （ LOINC）, RadLex, Unified Medical Language System （ UMLS）, Chinese Unified Medical Language System （CUMLS）, Chinese Medical Subject Headings （CMeSH）, and Traditional Chinese Medical Language Sys- tem （TCMLS）. As the core of data processing in medical information retrieval, the retrieval language is the language support of medical databases and medical information systems.
