摘要
为测定卷烟滤嘴截留烟气中的苯系物,建立了静态顶空-气相色谱质谱选择离子定量的测定方法。样品经120℃、30 min静态顶空后,采用HP-INNOWAX柱分离和质谱检测,外标法定量。在优化条件下,该方法线性回归较好,相关系数r〉0.999,线性范围为0.08~4μg/mL,定量检测限为0.003~0.005μg /支;回收率在86.2%~102.8%之间;RSD小于5%。该方法具有简单快速、准确灵敏等特点,适用于实际样品检测。
A static headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (SHS-GC/MS) under selected ion monitoring mode was developed to determine benzene compounds in malnstream cigarette smoke entrapped by filter. Under optimized experimental condition, cigarette filters were treated at 120℃ for 30 min, and the evolved products were separated on a HP-INNOWAX column, determined by MS and quantified by external standard method. Results showed that: the linear range was from 0.08 to 4μg/ml with a good linear correlation coefficient (r〉0.999) and the limits of quantification (LOQs) were 0.003~0.005μg/cig; the recoveries were from 86.2 to 102.8% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 5%.This method is accurate, simple and rapid, and be used for analyzing seven benzene compounds in cigarette smoke entrapped by filter.
