摘要
本文通过调查问卷得出,不同年级大学生就业价值观差异显著,且有忽视专业学习和趋功利的倾向。因此,高校要探讨有效的职业指导模式,引导大学生早日规划职业人生,纾解大学生的就业压力。
This paper reaches several conclusions from field questionnaire,including significant gap of their views on career and employment for students who study at different levels; and a tendency to ignore the professional study and hasten the utilitarian. Therefore,higher education should explore effective models for career consulting,help students to plan their career at earlier stage,and relieve students from employment pressure.
