摘要
根据客车门板压弧设备的初始设计方案及实际工作需要,运用TRIZ理论,描述了初始方案中的冲突问题,研究了设计中存在的技术冲突,确定了对应的TRIZ冲突矩阵和解决原理,找到了创新设计的可行方向,解决了"自动化程度"和"装置复杂性"之间的矛盾,以及"自动化程度"和"静止物体长度"这一新矛盾,从而得到了新的设计方案,在提高效率的同时也大大降低了成本。
According to the initial design scheme of bus door arc pressing device and actual demands of work, the conflicts of the initial scheme are described based on TRIZ. Then the design technical conflicts are stud- ied in order to find out the corresponding TRIZ conflict matrix and solution principles. As a result, sev- eral feasible directions for the innovative design are worked out, by which the conflict between "automa- tion" and "complexity of device" is solved, and the new conflict between "automation" and "length of static object". Finally, a new design scheme is determined, the efficiency of the device is improved, at the same time, the cost of the device is greatly reduced.
