摘要
传递路径分析(TPA)是一种基于试验工程手段和数据的系统级解决方案,作为一种全面理解振动噪声问题的方法,传递路径分析能够更加全面和系统地对振动和噪声问题进行故障诊断。首先就传递路径分析的若干主流分析方法做简要阐述,随后重点介绍OPAX载荷识别计算方法在传递路径分析的作用,并将其应用于汽车车内轰鸣噪声的排查解决过程中。通过实际工况的测试验证了其有效的排查优化效果。
Transfer path analysis (TPA) is a kind of system level solution based on test engineering and data. As a comprehensive way of understanding vibration noise problem, the method of transfer path analysis can be more comprehensive and systematic in fault diagnosis of vibration and noise problem. Several mainstream analysis methods of transfer path analysis are expounded briefly, and then the role of OPAX load identification method in the transfer path analysis is mainly introduced, and applied in the process of trying to solve vehicle interior noise rumble. And its effective screening optimization effect is verified by tests of actual working condition.
