摘要
在酸性介质中微量的2,4-二硝基甲苯能够灵敏地阻抑高碘酸钾对甲基红的氧化褪色反应,基于此原理建立了一种动力学光度法测定纺织品中2,4-二硝基甲苯的新方法,并对测定过程中试剂的用量、反应温度、反应时间等进行了优化选择.在最优条件下,该方法对2,4-二硝基甲苯检测的线性范围为0.001 5-0.019g·L^-1,检测限为0.12mg·L^-1.在实际纺织物样品的分析中,2,4-二硝基甲苯的加标回收率达97.5%-99.6%,相对标准偏差为1.8%-5.3%.结果表明,该方法操作简便快捷,抗干扰能力强,重现性好且对环境友好.
It is found that trace of 2,4-dinitrotoluene can sensitively inhibit the discoloring oxidation reaction of methyl red by KIO4 in HClmedium, and thus a novel kinetic spectrophotometry method is developed for the determination of 2,4-dinitrotoluene in textiles. The influence of the amount of reagents, reaction temperature, reaction time are examined in detail. Under the optimal conditions, the linear range of this method for 2,4-dinitrotoluene is 0. 001 5-0. 019 g · L^-1 with a detection limit of 0.12 mg· L^-1. The recovery values for the 2,4-dinitrotoluene in textiles are 97.5%- 99.6% with RSD of 1.8-5.3%. The developed method is easy to operate, sensitive, rapid, reliable and environment-friendly.
