摘要
为了发现电磁式电压互感器因现场运输和安装过程中引起的某些绝缘缺陷,需要在设备安装后的交接过程中进行倍频的交流耐压试验。常用的电压互感器倍频耐压试验方法难以满足500 kV电磁式电压互感器的试验要求,笔者提出了一种利用谐振升压装置在电磁式电压互感器(PT)一次绕组直接施加3倍频试验电压的耐压试验方法,并利用电容分压器直接在一次测量试验电压。通过参数计算与仿真选择试验电抗器、励磁变压器、电容分压器和变频电源装置,使试验回路在3倍频处达到谐振条件。现场试验结果表明了试验设备参数与电压互感器的参数合理的配置,可以满足3倍频的试验电压要求,该试验方法能很好适用于500 kV及以上电压等级的电磁式电压互感器的倍频耐压试验。
To find the insulation defects of an electromagnetic voltage transformer during transportation and installation, muhi-octave frequency AC voltage withstand test is necessary. However, the conventional PT multi-octave power frequency AC voltage withstand test methods are not suitable for 500 kV electromagnetic voltage transformer. In this paper, a new AC voltage withstand test method is proposed by using a series resonance equipment with 3-octave power frequency voltage directly applying on the primary winding, and directly measuring test voltage with a capacitor voltage divider. To generate 3-octave power frequency AC test voltage, parameter calculation and simulation are conducted to select the test inductor, capacitor voltage divider, transformer, and frequency conversion power supply device. Field test shows that reasonable parameters coordination of test equipment and PT can meet the requirement of 3-time power frequency AC voltage for test. The proposed method is suitable for mul- ti-octave power frequency AC voltage withstand test of 500 kV or higher voltage level electromagnetic voltage transformers.
